Happy Tuesday!

You survived Monday, so you ultimately kick ass. It’s one of those mornings where you sit with a warm mug filled with jubilations & consider your options for the day ahead. It was this morning where I decided I was going to start a new adventure this year that touches base on the topic of {life}style, food + drink, & more. Since it’s a trend these days, blogs like mine aren’t too hard to find, but none-the-less, mine will strive to be intriguing (ahem…I hope).

I can’t think of anything else I would rather highlight for blog#1 than a lesson. Snore. No, seriously…the lesson all girls want to know about…fashion. Gasp…attention ahoy!

Someone once said “clothes are about manners…about honoring the occasion“. That person was a genius! You don’t wear black to a funeral because you follow the rules {clearly you’re a rebel in every way}, but you wear black to a funeral to honor the occasion out of respect, remorse, & honor to the family suffering the loss. You don’t wear a frumpy frock to a celebration. You wear a flattering number to honor the occasion. You get where I’m going with this? Sure you are.

We all play dress up starting around age 5 and it never really ends. We’re always chasing after our own style; whether you totally mean to go against the grain of fashion trends or hop on board the wagon of the runway. Regardless of your intentions, you’re creating style so get over it if you think you’re being a snob to it.

I hope that anything in this blog will spark an interest for you to find your own passions; whether you’re drawing inspiration, enabling curiosity, or searching for some motivation…life is so beautiful in its endless ability to create whatever your heart desires. So chase away, gorgeous…there’s so much waiting for us.
